I basically agree with Rachel. From Cynthia's original suggestion, it doesn't seem unreasonable to assume that participation in this, or any other workgroup, wouldn't be anonymous. However, to Rachel's point, it does seem unreasonable to be forced to disclose competitive information in order to participate in a workgroup. Bias can certainly be inferred and everyone who participates, regardless of disclosure, is going to have some. BTW, Brandi, I'd also like to participate in this effort, assuming that the disclosure of client lists and business relationships isn't a criteria for entrance.
