This response implies that there were several more replies than the one I saw on the listserv.  If this is true, then there are respondents out there that are replying directly to the individual, rather than the listserv.    I have, for some time now, felt that responding directly to the individual, rather than to the list was shortchanging many of us.  I personally spend my time looking through hundreds of messages to be sure that I don't miss something that may help.  Finding companion guides would certainly fall in that category.  I think that all too frequently members respond to individuals because they don't want to bother the group as a whole.  Remember, though, that what you may think is simple and everyone should know, may just be the thing that some of the rest of us can use, even if we didn't know enough to ask the question.   I do realize that there are some emails to individuals that have private messages, and I also understand that sometimes it is necessary to do so to avoid the onslaught of messages when private companies are touted or outrite advertised.   But, for the rest of the information, it sure would help me if you shared it.   Ken Steen Apollo ----- Original Message ----- From: Karen Burnham To: WEDI SNIP Testing Subworkgroup List Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2003 2:40 PM Subject: Thank You Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about companion guides.  I appreciate your help!
