Here are the minutes from today's Testing work group meeting

Survey - John Huff will be sending URL this week to Kristin Becker.  Kristin said if received early enough  she can have it put up to the web by Tuesday.  Ed Hafner and John were not available to provide a status on compiling the results received from the WEDI SNIP Summit.  John Lilleston advised the group that the next step is to advertise the availability of the survey through the  co-chairs, list serves, and RSA's.  John and I will contact Ann-Marie Railing to communicate to the RSA's.

Testing White Paper - No representatives working on the WP were on the call, but John will follow up with Mike DeRoche on the outline to be provided to the group.  It was discussed that the outline would be reviewed by the group but would not need to be reviewed/approved  by the transactions co-chairs unless the Testing team felt there was an need.

Dental / Institutional Test Scenarios - John is following up directly with Kepa on status.  John will provide status via the list serve.

May WEDI Conference - Kristin had requested a testing session be held at the conference which is being held May 19-21 in Crystal City.  Volunteers so far are Ed and myself.  The presentation should consist of actual testing experiences, lessons learned, best practices, and timeframes.  We are asking the Testing team to send their testing experiences to list serve.  At the April 24th meeting we will determine exactly what will be presented.  It was suggested that EDIFECS would have some testing examples and potentially be a presenter.  Anyone else who would like to present should send an email to John or me.

DDE PAG - John asked Don Bechtel about the results of the PAG and Don will be providing something very soon.

IG Ambiguities - It was discussed that this has become very critical during the testing occurring now.  It was suggested that we begin to "gather" ambiguities being experienced today and how they were resolved.  These could then be collected to be presented at the May meeting and forwarded to Rich Landen for X12 consideration.  Please forward your examples to the Testing list serve.

Next meeting will be April 10th at 11:30 AM ET, the number is 703-736-7290, pin 1315339#.
