Regarding loop 2310 - Provider Information....Can anyone make ANY argument to support REQUIRING this loop? Note 1 on pg. 139 seems pretty clear that it should be used when the selection of a Physician is supported by the sponsor. We are in a bit of a dilemma with a vendor that has a different interpretation. All thoughts please.
