Following is the status of X12N's version 004050 Implementation Guides
that represent evolutions from their version 004010 and 004010A1
counterparts which are currently adopted under HIPAA.
Approved for publication this past February:
835, Health Care Claim Payment/Advice (004050X124).
Note: Implementation Guide publication by X12N, via Washington
Publishing Company, in no way implies that any such Implementation
Guide will even be considered for adoption under HIPAA. HIPAA
adoption is a distinct process involving the Designated Standards
Maintenance Organizations, the federal government, and the public.
Being further updated for another X12N public comment period that
should be starting early next month:
