For safety's sake, please use only those X12N Implementation Guide
Addenda published in October, 2002! Discard all the others [unless
you're a history buff].
To answer your question, though, Addenda for the following
transactions were changed in response to NPRM comments just prior to
final publication:
837p Professional Claim
837i Institutional Claim
837d Dental Claim
276/277 Claim Status
278 Referral.
No substantive changes were made to the NPRM versions of Addenda for
transactions:
835 Remittance Advice
270/271 Eligibility
834 Enrollment
820 Premium Payment.
Once again, though, don't use anything other than the Addenda with the
October, 2002, date! They are the only officially adopted ones for
HIPAA.

Can someone please tell me if there were additional changes made to
the Final Draft Addendas that were on the WPC web site titled August
2002. Final Review Draft ?
I looked on the WPC web site today and they now have versions of the
Addenda's dated October 2002. When you view them, they don't say
Draft on them any longer.
WPC site says >> Each Addenda document was approved for publication
by X12N on October 10, 2002.
