We take on the administration of large employer benefit programs - i.e., large 
employers outsource this function to us.  As such,  we send files to most health plans 
to drive eligibility/enrollment for our clients.  We are looking to pilot an XML-based 
approach to eligility/enrollment with a carrier/health plan.  Might you know of any 
likely suspects - a health plan willing to pilot an XML enrollment transaction?

Ken,
There are a number of initiatives in healthcare XML including HL7 that
was mentioned earlier.  Are you interested in regards to HIPAA TCS or
just in general?  We work with a number of healthcare organizations that
use XML to pass data between internal systems using a variety of
standards like OAGIS.
