I'm new to this list, but someone from the EDI listserv suggested I ask my question here, so if I have the wrong list or format, please forgive me.
Has anyone worked on an 837 inbound for Vision? I am looking for some
insight (pardon the semi-pun) into whether large providers of vision care
services are submitting mutliple patient loops under a single Bill/Pay To
provider or whether they are submitting a complete 837 (ST/SE) for each
patient/claim? All information welcome, and thanks in advance!
