Details:
Something similar to /crapbuster on irssi is terribly convenient to filter
away massive amounts of join/part/chanserv messages clogging up the buffer.
I want to be able to get rid of them once I've seen them. That way, I don't
need to miss any important events (which I would if I /ignore'd these
messages) and I don't need to start at them all the time either, trying to
filter out the actual *messages* from the crap.
