Details:
When users connection goes down and WeeChat tries to reconnect to server and
user must go away then when he do '/away ...' then this away message should
be remembered and send to server when connection is back up and WeeChat is
connected to server.
Of course '/away' should remove away message so user will not be away when
connection is back up.
