Details:
This patch allow to clear multiple buffers with one call of
weechat_cmd_clear() function and keep the '-all' argument.
current usage : /clear [<-all>|<buffer number x>]
patched usage : /clear [<-all>|<buffer number a> <buffer number b> <...> ]
