Follow-up Comment #2, task #7492 (project weechat): While we're on the subject of SSL authentication, there should also be an option to provide a client certificate as part of the connection. This can be used on irc.oftc.net to automatically authenticate with their NickServ without needing to '/msg Nickserv identify passwd'
http://www.oftc.net/oftc/NickServ/CertFP And I *think* it may be what the gnutls manual is talking about in this example: http://www.gnu.org/software/gnutls/manual/html_node/Simple-client-example-with-X_002e509-certificate-support.html _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?7492> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.nongnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Weechat-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/weechat-dev
