Details:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open two dcc chats with someone(e.g. '/chat <yourself>'). The important
things is that two items get created in the xfer-window.
2. Cancel them via 'C' in the xfer-window _after_ they have been
accepted(they have to be in the "active" state, "waiting" doesn't cause the
bug).
3. Type 'P' to purge the cancelled dccs from the list.
After that, weechat segfaults. The crashlog is in the attachment.
(Tested using -dev version, built on 22.11.2009 and released one)
