Details:
1. Input some rows into history buffer.
2. Execute "/input history_global_previous" a couple of times
3. Input a row into history buffer.
4. Execute "/input history_global_previous" once.
The result of the command will be the previous entry of the last
history_global_previous call, but the latest input from the history buffer is
expected.
The index of the global history should be updated to the latest row in the
input buffer. Then the user is able to say the same row in several buffers
just by changing the buffer and executing "/input history_global_previous".
