Details:
There is bug in IRC parser when a command is received without argument, for
example QUIT without reason:
:nick!...@host QUIT
When no argument is received after command, IRC parser returns "null" for
command. So no callback is called and message is silently ignored...
In this example, nick is not removed from nicklist.
Problem reported by Superfly_ on IRC.
