Details:
Relay plugin sets self nick to a wrong value (":nick") when someone changes
its nick.
Example: under WeeChat nick is "toto".
If nick "nick1" on channel changes to "nick2", then the "toto" is updated to
":nick2" (in this case, "toto" should NOT be updated).
And if "toto" (me) changes to "toto2", then self nick is ":toto2" (it should
be "toto" in this case).
To fix:
1) skip ":" in value
2) change self nick only if it's self nick changing (not any nick on channel)
Problem reported by danielsh_ on #weechat.
