Details:
On a window whose buffer has more lines than it's tall:
/set weechat.look.scroll_page_percent 50
/window scroll_up
/window page_down
Gives: http://i.imgur.com/JFGnK.png (I have more lines than that in the
current buffer)
/redraw, or someone talking resets it
