Follow-up Comment #2, bug #37874 (project weechat):
I think I've isolated the issue. I only use root bars, so I have no window
bars.
I did a bogus session, put a root input bar and title bar, root nicklist,
removed 'input', 'status', 'nicklist' and 'title'. Then I got the bug again.
