Details:
I've noticed that if you create a channel on EFnet, WeeChat doesn't recognize
you as an op because although you are shown as an op in the initial /NAMES
list, there is no MODE +o message.

/NAMES list.
This seems to be fixed as soon as you switch buffer and switch back, or
someone else joins etc.
