OK, just to note, all data points on weewx graphs are averaged on a time 
span from 1..15 minutes or more, based on personal preference, already 
providing smooth curves. Having more decimals won't make them smoother. I 
don't care either way, but having more than 1 fractional numbers is 
excessive (even a single is just fluff, IMO).
