Luc, How do I set the ppm offset in weewx.conf?
Using rtl_test and from old experiments against known GSM frequencies, I know this RTL dongle needs a ppm offset of +68. Oddly, when running rtldavis in standalone a -ppm 7 correction puts it pretty much spot on, whereas a -ppm 70 puts it a mile off and nothing is received !! Nigel
