Sorry Tom,

I was wrong. The change happened between version 4.0.0a4 and 4.0.0b13 (the
versions in between I didn't download)

Version 4.0.0a4 had in wxservices a section _dispatch_list which 'did the
trick' of the automatic calculations, see below.
So my question is: why is this feature removed?

Luc

Part of wxservices 4.0.0.a4
==================================================
    # these are the quantities that this service knows how to calculate
    _dispatch_list = [
        'pressure', # pressure must be before altimeter
        'barometer',
        'altimeter',
        'windchill',
        'heatindex',
        'dewpoint',
        'inDewpoint',
        'rainRate',
        'maxSolarRad',
        'cloudbase',
        'humidex',
        'appTemp',
#        'beaufort',
        'ET',
        'windrun',
        ]
