Tom - in the -users group we've been going back and forth with a user
having some growing pains getting the rpm to install on CentOS7. I think
a minor tweak to the redhat.htm docs might help.

--- suggested addition to the RH7 section ---
For RHEL 7 based systems, also enable the EPEL repo and install pyserial,
pyusb, and (optionally) python2-pip rpms from there.

They are not bundled with CentOS-7 in the os's default repositories.
 They're extras.

   - sudo yum install epel-release
   - sudo yum install -y pyserial pyusb
   - sudo yum install -y python2-pip
