It looks like the Belchertown skin is requesting the plural version of a label while only supplying the singular version.
Commit c6858e7 <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/commit/c6858e7c3fd9f91d2683231aa4a3ab93cebbb9ad> was added a few weeks ago to guard against this.
