The output from the weewx daemon goes to weewxd.log whereas the output from wee_xxx utilities goes to weewx.log. Also added examples of how to deal with systemd/journald messing with log output. In particular, 'vecdir' and 'vecavg' can be done for aggregation intervals other than multiples of a day.
