Worked for me on a pi4 FWIW.
That library comes from Pillow, so perhaps that didn't install somehow.
Try "pip3 list --verbose" and look for the Pillow line.
Mine looks like:
Pillow 9.4.0
/home/pi/.local/lib/python3.9/site-packages pip
