It should be available. I've put it on the "TODO" list.

With pip installs, "resource files", such as the systemd files and, yes,
rsyslog files, must be included as "package data." It ends up deep in the
Python library tree under site-packages, where it is difficult for the user
to find. It has to be uncovered as part of the "weectl station create"
process.
