Never mind, I got it.
I copied /etc/weewx/apache/conf.d/weewx.conf to /etc/apache2/conf-enabled Then I edited that weewx.conf file to reflect the proper directory as being /var/www/weewx Then I restarted apaches with sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart Success!
