wee_import does not use weewx StdQC service. The only thing wee_import does 
to the data is some fairly simplistic filtering and normalisation of wind 
direction. Would have to think about including a QC like function, StdQC as 
it is is problematic since it relies on NEW_LOOP_PACKET and 
NEW_ARCHIVE_RECORD events which don't exist in wee_import. Will give it 
some thought.
