The Fine Offset default archive interval is, I think, 30 minutes.  If you 
have changed nothing and have told weewx to use hardware records then the 
updates will be every 30 minutes.  You can change the interval by using 
wee-util - most people set to 5 minutes I think (300 seconds).  You should 
select periodic polling - with an interval of about a minute (FO1080 can't 
update faster than every 48 seconds anyway - no matter how frequently you 
poll it!!) - and software generation of records (weewx does a pretty good 
job) - you will then have updates every 5 minutes.

What/how data is displayed in weewx is totally dependant on the template - 
and I think the model number appears only in the 'about' page and is just a 
text field.
