Hi

My thermometer's failed and I hope to repair it. In the meantime I've
connected a spare unit which I know reads 0.5C higher than it should.

While I'm repairing my original unit, I'd like to use the StdCalibrate
function to subtract 0.5C to the readings I record.

Just so I'm certain, does StdCalibrate only affect readings from the point
it's set up? When I repair the original unit and put it back in place, is
it just a simple case of removing the StdCalibrate adjustment?

Thanks very much
David
