1. Bad reception is quite common with FO stations
2. Try with the console vertical against a wall - and make sure that the
outdoor sender is exactly vertical also
3. Does it make a difference if the window is open?
4. If the station is trying to get the time from the time signal I believe
that the console does not receive data - and this can take 2 hrs for the
time signal to be obtained I believe.
