As I recall, wview had a utility
<http://www.wviewweather.com/release-notes/wview-User-Manual.html#Advanced-wlk>
to import from the .WLK files used by weatherlink to the sqlite database
used by wview. Because weewx uses the same schema as wview, this might be a
viable option.
