If you installed following the Debian instructions
<http://weewx.com/docs/debian.htm>, the necessary init script should be
installed automatically. Check to make sure it's there: /etc/init.d/weewx.

Otherwise, you can download it from the repository and install in
/etc/init.d:

sudo wget -O /etc/init.d/weewx
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/weewx/weewx/master/util/init.d/weewx.debian
