Sorry I just saw this, quite late, but just for the record, the PCE FWS 20 
is a branded Fine Offset WH1080. You can look this up by connecting the 
console to one of the RPi USB ports and execute in your terminal:

lsusb


The output is something like:

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 1941:8021 Dream Link WH1080 Weather Station / USB 
Missile Launcher
