Unfortunately, there is not.

Your choices are to either use the Weather Underground's "Rapidfire"
protocol, or to try the weewx extension, mesowx
<https://bitbucket.org/lirpa/mesowx>. If you go with mesowx, you should be
prepared for some technical challenges.
