I have just 'discovered' that the Bootstrap skin and the history generator page includes an html version of the NOAA year report which can be accessed by changing the NOAA template generating the report and changing the resultant filename pointed to in skin.conf. Does anyone have an html template for the NOAA monthly report - which could be similarly invoked - or did my bootstrap installation just mess up, lose the html template and just leave me with the .txt NOAA files??
