Dave - that was my point exactly - if an ham use rotate, if not a ham use 
cwop.aprs.net - but no need to specify cwop-3 specifically, which was his 
problem as cwop-3 is currently down.  I posted the link so others know the 
correct route to follow and how to obtain the validation code if they are 
ham operators.
