Is your question theoretical, or do you actually have an extra sensor?

If your question is theoretical, the driver should detect the extra sensor
and include its values in its output.

If you actually do have an extra sensor, is it working? What type do you
have? Try running weewxd directly from the command line
<http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#Running_directly> and see if any of
the LOOP or REC print outs include extraTemp1 or extraHumid1.
