Thank's for the replies.  I will try the archival upload 5 min setting as 
suggested if that is the norm and set the upload to something similar or 
slightly longer.  I am still not certain if I should have the webserver and 
WeeWx in the same RPi 3.  Also if it will have implications using a micro 
SD card which I believe might have problems with constant read/writing.  If 
I do go that route I will definitely look into nginx for the webserver.  As 
mentioned I have a Synology NAS which I think may be able to act as the 
webserver.  A good read of the docs is the next priority.
