I've made a start on Bloomsky support.  Basically got it up and running and 
I can definitely share it if anyone is interested, but it's probably a 
little early given the immaturity of the Bloomsky API.  

The API hasn't been fully updated for the Storm yet, e.g. setting units to 
intl doesn't change the units for any of the storm data, and the rain gauge 
information really isn't that useful as the rain total is for the last 24 
hours, so kind of tricky to figure out how much you've had in a given 
period of time.
