you want this:
set hardware's archive interval to 5 minutes (300 seconds)
wee_device --set-interval=5
set weewx archive interval to match the hardware archive interval
[StdArchive]
archive_interval = 300
poll the hardware every 60 seconds
[FineOffsetUSB]
polling_interval = 60
