When you start/stop weewx how long after the start do you see @Starting main packet loop@ appearing in the log? The first reports should be 5 minutes after starting main loop. Between the start of weewx and start main loop fousb will be retrieving the historical records from the logger - so you probably will need up to10 minutes to guarantee report generation rather than 7
