For whatever reason, your MySQL server stopped responding at 00:10:17. This caused weewx to exit.
Interestingly, another user reported the same problem <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/pull/246> just a couple days ago and submitted a patch that will cause weewx to restart should the server go away.
