So the step-by-step instructions in the 'Importing from Weather Underground' (http://weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#Importing_from_Weather_Underground) section of the Users Guide don't make sense? What are you stuck on/do not understand? I appreciate you may have downloaded the data in CSV format but I suspect that if you are having difficulties, importing direct from Weather Underground may be easier.
