does your pi have a real clock on it? (you would have to have added it one
- they do not come with a clock)

did you remove the fake hardware clock software?

is the pi configured to use ntp?

your weewx database is probably full of data with wonky timestamps. you
can start over by doing this:

1) stop weewx
    sudo /etc/init.d/weewx stop

2) move the database aside
    sudo mv /home/weewx/archive/weewx.sdb /home/weewx/archive/weewx.sdb.bak

3) start weewx
    sudo /etc/init.d/weewx start

it could take awhile to read all of the records from the wmr200 logger, so
be patient and watch the log.
