I'll let an expert answer you!! Cannot tell from what you have posted what you actually expect, since there are only three fields apparently coming from the sdr radio. If you run weewx directly and log the loop AND the archive records what do you actually get? If the driver is of your own creation is it base3d on Matthew's latest version? Does it need a delta section in the weewx.conf to derive the rain per archive interval from a running total? Too many questions for me to know where to begin apart from asking if you have run the tests as outlined in the wiki to make sure everything is working as it should be - before you start just looking at the final results in the DB.
