Hi Tom,

Debug=2 is exactly what I was needing.   Thank you very much!  The URL does 
indeed include the Temp/Humidity correctly.  It is interesting how some 
stations work and others do not.  I guess it is how wundergound load 
balances their servers.  I have a Vantage Vue with weewx that has not 
missed a beat.
