The basic formula is to get the extension installed and generating a loop 
based gauge-data.txt locally first then implement the HTTP POST - this will 
simplify any troubleshooting when/if the HTTP POST does not work.

I will preface these instructions with the caveat that I have not set this 
up with external hosting. I beleive that others may have, but my setup has 
been on my own host here at home. The overall process is correct but some 
of the precise steps may need fine tuning. See how you go.
