I tried with debug_backend=0 and debug_backend=1: same result. There is not any line number in the log/output. I must inform you that the wmr300 driver is not able to read data from my station if connected to this computer, either. I have tried unsuccesfully on 3 different computers with Ubuntu 16.04. Only works when connected to the RPi. So probably it is not an issue related to your driver.
